Jeg hader at spilde tiden på at skrive denne anmeldelse. I modsætning til alle disse andre nylige anmeldelser nyder jeg faktisk kasinoet og har bedt et par forskellige venner om at deltage.
Når det er sagt, har casinoet nu behandlet mig på samme måde som resten af anmeldelserne her. De vildledte mig bevidst og nægter at stå bag oplysninger, jeg fik fra deres personale.
Jeg sendte en hurtig e-mail og spurgte om status på min konto for at være berettiget til deres henvisningsbonus. Jeg forklarede, at jeg var usikker på, hvor mine indskud stod i forhold til min sidste henvisningsbonus, men anmodede om en afklaring, så jeg ikke lovede nogen gratis spins, hvis min konto ikke var kvalificeret.
Der kom et hurtigt svar, der fortalte mig, at jeg var berettiget. Let nok. Fortalte min ven. De deponerede.
I dag gav de personalet informationen til henvisningen. De fik at vide, at min konto ikke var kvalificeret, og at jeg var nødt til at foretage flere indbetalinger. Da jeg fulgte op, blev det forklaret mig, at support nok betød, at min konto ikke blev forbudt at lave henvisninger, da jeg oprindeligt spurgte.
Men hvorfor? Jeg spurgte ikke, om min konto var udelukket fra henvisninger. Jeg spurgte, om jeg var berettiget baseret på min indbetalings- og henvisningshistorik. Og selv efter at have delt e-mails med dem i dag, har trey nægtet at gøre dette til min konto eller mine venners konto.
Det er kun en dårlig supportservice oprindeligt, gjort eksponentielt værre nu, hvor kasinoet ser den fejl, de har lavet, og stadig nægter at rette fejlen og bekymre sig om deres kunde.
Jeg må sige, at jeg opfordrer andre til at undgå dette casino, fordi du åbenbart ikke kan stole på, at casinoet vil stå bag det, de siger.

I hate to waste the time to write this review. Unlike all these other recent reviews, I actually enjoy the casino and have told a couple different friends to join.
With that said, the casino has now treated me similarly to the rest of the reviews here. They deliberately misled me and refuse to stand behind information I was given by their staff.
I sent a quick email asking about the status of my account to be eligible for their referral bonus. I explained I was unsure where my deposits stood in relation to my last referral bonus, but requested clarification so I didn’t promise anyone free spins if my account was not eligible.
Prompt reply came in telling me I was eligible. Easy enough. Told my friend. They deposited.
Today they gave the staff the information for the referral. They were told my account was not eligible and I needed to make more deposits. When I followed up, it was explained to me that support probably meant that my account was not banned from making referrals when I asked originally.
But why? I didn’t ask if my account was banned from referrals. I asked if I was eligible based on my deposit and referral history. And even after sharing the emails with them today, trey have refused to make this right for my account or my friends account.
That is just bad support service originally, made exponentially worse now that the casino sees the mistake they made and still refuses to correct the mistake and care about their customer.
I have to say that I encourage others to avoid this casino because you obviously just can’t trust the casino will stand behind what they say.
