Withdrawal process is non existent. Have been waiting now 4 days.
Told it would take 24 hours. Then told on a separate occasion that they would be looking at my documents shortly.
Still not heard anything. Tested to see if they would still allow me to deposit and of course they did.
Normally casinos would not do this.
I am overall dissatisfied.
Which is a shame because I enjoyed using their site which was very easy to use.
