Og nu kirsebæret på kagen - begrundelsen for ikke at kreditere pengene var, at fra det øjeblik, jeg fyldte op til krediteringsøjeblikket, ændrede kursen sig, og den blev ikke til 10, men 9 euro, og jeg var ikke berettiget til bonus, fordi Jeg aktiverede det ikke, da jeg foretog indbetalingen (selvom dette ikke er sandt)
Dråben var, at når jeg korresponderede med supporttjenesten, mens jeg beskrev, at jeg havde aktiveret alt, lukkede de simpelthen chatten.

The last straw was that when I was corresponding with the support service, while I was describing that I had activated everything, they simply closed the chat.
This is the height of rudeness!
