Jeg lavede en indbetaling for næsten 2 uger siden, og den har ikke nået min konto. Jeg fik at vide af deres kundeserviceteam, at dette nogle gange kan ske og vente 3-5 dage på, at pengene bliver returneret til min konto.
Efter 5 dage har pengene stadig ikke nået nogen af kontoerne, og jeg har fået besked på at være tålmodig og vente. De fortalte, at de kontaktede min bank og bekræftede over for min bank, at de ikke har.
De nægter at svare på mine spørgsmål om, hvor lang tid det vil tage at løse, og hvordan tidligere sager er blevet løst.
For nylig fik jeg besked på at stoppe med at bede om opdateringer, hvilket jeg synes er fuldstændig uhøfligt, især når de har undgået mine spørgsmål og har fortalt mig dristige løgne.
Næsten to uger senere, og de får mig til at føle, at dette er min skyld og fortsætter stadig med at bede mig om at være tålmodig. Jeg er sikker på, at hvis de manglede $300 i næsten 2 uger, ville de bestemt ikke være tålmodige.
Det er trist, at det er kommet ned til dette, men deres kundeservice er lort, uhøflig og nedladende. De bad mig bogstaveligt talt om ikke at tale med min bank, og de ville ordne det, men har ikke gjort noget fra deres side. Jeg har også bedt om bevis for, at de har handlet ALT på deres side, og de fortsætter med at undvige dette.
Som VIP bliver du behandlet som en idiot. Andre muligheder derude, der er bedre end dette casino.
I made a deposit almost 2 weeks ago and it has not reached my account. I was told by their customer service team that this can sometimes happen and to wait 3-5 days for the funds to be returned to my account.
After 5 days, the funds still have not reached either account and I’ve been told to be patient and wait. They advised that they reached out to my bank and confirmed with my bank that they have not.
They refuse to answer my questions around how long this will take to resolve and how precedent cases have been resolved in the past.
Recently I was told to stop asking for updates which I think is completely rude especially when they’ve been avoiding my questions and have told me bold faced lies.
Almost two weeks later and they are making me feel like this is my fault and still continue to ask me to be patient. I’m sure if they were missing $300 for almost 2 weeks, they definitely wouldn’t be patient.
It’s sad that it has come down to this but their customer service is shit, rude and condescending. They literally asked me not to speak to my bank and they would sort this out but haven’t done anything on their end. I’ve also asked for proof that they have actioned ANYTHING on their end and they continue to dodge this.
As a VIP, you’re treated like an idiot. Other options out there that are better than this casino.
