Jeg havde et personligt problem med min konto, og i starten var jokabet meget forstående og tilbød at hjælpe og hjælpe i min situation, hvilket jeg var meget taknemmelig for og imponeret over. Men snakken ser ud til at være billig, og det er her problemet for mig er. De er meget langsomme til at svare med noget meningsfuldt på e-mail, bortset fra "teamet behandler din anmodning", som ser ud til at fortsætte og fortsætte i dagevis. Jeg er blevet bedt om at sende så mange oplysninger (bankoplysninger, kortoplysninger, kontoudtog osv. osv.) og alligevel er den lovede handling (bekræftet på en e-mail fra dem) faktisk ikke sket, selvom jeg har gjort alt det.
*opdatering 6. august jokabet gør deres sædvanlige ting med at svare her for at få det til at virke som om de virkelig er interesserede i at løse dit problem (gjorde det samme på trust pilot), men når du e-mailer dem som anmodet, får du aldrig et svar!
I had a personal issue with my account and initially jokabet was very understanding and offered to help out and assist in my situation which I was very grateful for and impressed by. However, talk appears to be cheap and this is where the problem for me is. They are very slow to respond with anything meaningful on email, apart from the 'the team are dealing with your request' which seems to go on and on for days. I have been asked to send in so much information (bank details, card details, statement etc etc) and yet despite having done all that the promised action (confirmed on an email from them) has not actually happend.
*update 6th August jokabet are doing their usual thing of responding on here to make it seem like they are genuinely interested in resolving your issue (did the same on trust pilot) however when you email them as requested you never actually get a response!
