Won some money a few months ago in August, they have since asked me for silly documents. They have no fully blocked the ability of my account using the live support chat, as well as DELETING all previous live chats (I do have a bunch of transcripts saved).
  • No replies on any of the communication channels.
  • Money being held for months.
  • Asked for tons of silly/irrelevant documents for KYC.
