Then they informed me that I had entered my birth date incorrectly, which led to my account being suspended. I only made a mistake of writing 1982 instead of 1972, but that was enough for them to reject my request completely.
The most frustrating part was when I contacted support again, the representative suggested that if I accept the 20,000 HUF they would give me to play, they would reactivate my account; otherwise, it would remain blocked. It's outrageous that in a situation where my money is at stake, they say something like that.
