I’ve been waiting for 9 days now to complete my KYC process at this casino, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. It’s unacceptable for a casino to leave players hanging for this long especially when it’s a simple verification process that should take a fraction of the time.
I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
If you're thinking about signing up here, I’d advise you to proceed with caution especially if you plan on withdrawing any funds. The KYC process is a nightmare, and their support is not helpfull. And on top off all that i was playing in crypto to avoid accidents like this.
