Jeg har spillet på dette casino i et par måneder nu og elskede det i begyndelsen, da jeg havde et par gode gevinster og trak mine gevinster ud to gange uden for lang ventetid, da det foreskriver i reglerne, at udbetalinger kan tage op til 3 hverdage for at blive godkendt og yderligere 3-5 hverdage til at nå din angivne konto. Jeg valgte bankoverførsel som min betalingsmetode, hvilket anbefales for at være den hurtigste måde at modtage mine penge på. De første 2 udbetalinger, jeg foretog, modtog jeg uden for meget drama. Denne gang har jeg anmodet om 2 x $800 udbetalinger, som du kun må have 3 udbetalinger på et givet tidspunkt, så det var under den maksimale udbetalingsgrænse. Jeg lavede den første anmodning den 03/12/2024 og den anden anmodning 04/12/2024 efter at have ventet en uge begyndte jeg at kontakte kundeservice dagligt via live chat og via e-mails for at se, hvad der skete med min tilbagetrækningsanmodning som status af mine udbetalinger ikke havde ændret sig, var det stadig under revision. Hver gang jeg tog kontakt, fik jeg at vide præcis det samme, hver gang det var som om der blev sendt en automatisk besked, der fortalte mig præcis det samme til min skuffelse, men jeg ville stadig kontakte dem dagligt for at få at vide det samme igen og igen. Du kan forestille dig, hvor frustreret jeg blev. Nu er det den 19/12/2024, og intet har ændret sig. Jeg venter stadig på at modtage mine gevinster, mens jeg stadig spiller på kasinoet hver dag med håb om, at min udbetaling ændrer status. Jeg er lige ved at miste plottet og venter på dette. Jeg har spildt så meget tid og penge på at forsøge at få løst denne situation, da det næsten er jul, og jeg regner med disse penge, så vi kan få en god jul. Som det ser ud indtil videre, ser det ud til, at julen bliver brugt uden noget at sætte på bordet. Jeg er ved min ende. Hvad gør jeg. Bortset fra dette kan jeg ikke tage fejl af casinospil ect. Men der skal stilles spørgsmålstegn ved kundeservicen og tidsrammen for udbetaling. Der er meget, der kræver opmærksomhed for at bringe denne oplevelse op på en femstjernet vurdering. Opdatering:: Endelig var mine anmodninger om udbetaling blevet godkendt i går 20/12/2024 kun 17 dage fra den første anmodning om udbetaling. Deres vilkår og betingelser skal ændres, som angivet tillader op til 3 hverdage for tilbagetrækning at blive godkendt, det bør læse tillade op til 2 uger for tilbagetrækninger godkendes, men ikke mindre end 3 dage efter godkendt det siger kan tage 3-5 hverdage for at nå din nominerede bankmulighed. Lad os se, hvor lang tid det tager, da mine gevinster ikke har ramt min konto endnu. Jeg vil opdatere min anmeldelse, når det er sket, da det er weekend nu, og jeg vil muligvis vente til mandag, før der bliver sat penge ind på min konto. Lige i tide til jul tak kongemageren. I have been playing at this casino for a few months now and loved it in the begining as I had a couple of good wins and withdrew my winnings twice without too much wait, as it stipulates in there regulations withdrawals can take up to 3 buisness days to be approved and a further 3-5 buisness days to reach your designated account. I opted for bank transfer as my payment method which is recommended to be the fastest way to recieve my money. The first 2 withdrawals I made I received without too much drama. This time around I have requested 2 x $800 withdrawals which you are only allowed 3 withdrawals at one given time so it was under the max withdrawal limit. I made the first request on the 03/12/2024 and the second request 04/12/2024 after waiting a week I started to contact customer service daily via live chat and via emails to see what was happening with my withdrawal request as the status of my withdrawals hadn't changed it was still under review. Each time I made contact I was told exactly the same thing every time it was like an automated message was sent telling me exactly the same thing to my disappointment but I would still contact them daily to be told the same thing over and over. You can imagine how frustrated I was getting. Now it's the 19/12/2024 and nothing has changed I am still waiting to recieve my winnings whilst still playing at the casino every day with hope of my withdrawal changing status. I'm just about to loose the plot waiting for this. I have wasted so much time and money trying to have this situation resolved as it is almost Christmas and I am counting on this money so we can have a good Christmas. The way it is looking so far it seems as Christmas will be spent without anything to put on the table. I'm at my whitts end. What do I do. Other than this I can't fault the casino games ect. But the customer service and payout time frame has to be questioned. There is a lot that needs attentio to bring this experience up to a five star rating. Kingmaker please help me
Update:: Finally my withdrawal requests had been approved yesterday 20/12/2024 just 17 days from the first withdrawal request. Their terms and conditions need to be changed as stated allow up to 3 business days for withdrawal to be approved it should Read allow up to 2 weeks for withdrawals be approved but no less than 3 days once approved it says can take 3-5 business days to reach your nominated banking option. Let's see how long it takes as my winnings haven't hit my account yet. I will update my review once it has, as its the weekend now and i will possibly have to wait until Monday before any money is deposited into my account. Just in time for Christmas thanks kingmaker. I never doubted receiving my winnings it was just the time factor 21 days is a bit too long but thanks Kingmaker you rock and love the casino platform.
