I requested a payout from this casino August 31st my documents were verified I'm still waiting it is now September 15th I'm told it's been escalated it's been escalated it's been escalated I'm tired of it being escalated I want my money. The only reason I didn't give this casino a one star was because at least the customer service chat people answer me although it's the same answer every day. I asked them why is it pending and all they tell me is it I've escalated it. So I would suggest not to play at this casino I played it many other casinos and been paid out much quicker looks like I probably not going to get paid out at all
