I løbet af de sidste par måneder har jeg prøvet jeres side flere gange og foretaget omkring et dusin indbetalinger, mens jeg brugte de forskellige bonusser, I tilbød. På et tidspunkt havde jeg en lille gevinst og kunne hæve $80 efter endelig at have gennemført jeres KYC-proces.
Denne uge besluttede jeg mig for at give jeres casino et nyt forsøg, på trods af min begrænsede succes, fordi I tilbød en 100% "Royale"-bonus, som kan gøres krav på én gang om måneden. Jeg indtastede bonuskoden – som jeres system accepterede – og foretog derefter min indbetaling. Bonuspengene blev dog aldrig indsat på min konto.
Jeg kontaktede kundesupport med det samme. Inden for fem minutter informerede en agent mig om, at mit "bonus-til-indbetalingsforhold" var for lavt, og at jeg derfor ikke ville modtage bonussen og kun skulle spille med rigtige penge. Det er første gang, jeg nogensinde har hørt om sådan en regel.
Hvis denne begrænsning virkelig eksisterer, forstår jeg ikke, hvorfor jeres system tillod mig at indtaste koden og fortsætte med indbetalingen uden varsel. Hvis I ikke ønsker, at bestemte spillere skal bruge denne månedlige bonus, bør I enten blokere koden helt eller tydeligt underrette brugeren, før de indbetaler. Som minimum burde jeg have fået at vide, at bonussen undtagelsesvis ikke ville blive tildelt denne gang, og at fremtidig berettigelse ville kræve yderligere betingelser.
Når jeg spiller uden bonusser, foretrækker jeg at bruge platforme med en bedre RTP end Slotlords. Som forventet gik min indbetaling tabt meget hurtigt – hvilket netop er grunden til, at jeg har brug for en bonus for at have en rimelig spilletid på sider som jeres.
Jeg vil derfor råde andre spillere til at kontakte kundesupport, før de indtaster en bonuskode, for at undgå en skuffende oplevelse som min.
I betragtning af alt dette, og vel vidende at Slotlords er en del af Dama-gruppen, vil jeg undgå jeres firma fremadrettet.

Over the past few months, I tried your site several times and made around a dozen deposits while using the various bonuses you offered. At one point, I had a small win and was able to withdraw $80 after finally completing your KYC process.
This week, I decided to give your casino another try, despite my limited success, because you were offering a 100% "Royale" bonus, which can be claimed once per month. I entered the bonus code — which your system accepted — and then made my deposit. However, the bonus funds were never added to my account.
I contacted customer support right away. Within five minutes, an agent informed me that my "bonus-to-deposit ratio" was too low and that, for this reason, I would not receive the bonus and had to play with real money only. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of such a rule.
If this restriction truly exists, I don’t understand why your system allowed me to enter the code and proceed with the deposit without any warning. If you don’t want certain players to use this monthly bonus, you should either block the code entirely or clearly notify the user before they deposit. At the very least, I should have been told that the bonus would exceptionally not be granted this time, and that future eligibility would require additional conditions.
When I play without bonuses, I prefer using platforms with a better RTP than Slotlords. As expected, my deposit was lost very quickly — which is exactly why I need a bonus to have a reasonable playtime on sites like yours.
I would therefore advise other players to contact customer support before entering any bonus code to avoid a disappointing experience like mine.
Considering all of this, and knowing that Slotlords is part of the Dama group, I will be avoiding your company going forward.
