det gør mig ondt, at jeg overhovedet er nødt til at åbne denne klage i betragtning af det latterlige ved hele processen.
Jeg har kæmpet med ludomani i et stykke tid. I april fik jeg derfor min konto lukket permanent via kasinoets live chat. Da jeg havde en saldo på $25 tilbage, blev jeg informeret om, at jeg ville modtage en refusion i tide.
I juni, to måneder efter min kontolukning, havde jeg endnu ikke modtaget mine penge. Det er her, hele den smertefulde proces startede. Jeg kom i kontakt med kasinoet, da de hverken havde sendt mig mine penge eller svaret på nogen af mine skrifter. Vedhæftet hele den kommunikation, der har fundet sted siden da.
Lang historie kort: Casinoet nægter at refundere mig, da de "kun kunne refundere til den samme betalingsmetode, som blev brugt til at indbetale". Jeg forklarede dem flere gange, at denne mulighed ikke ville være mulig, da jeg havde brugt en virtuel AstroPay-voucher til at indbetale og derudover permanent har blokeret adgangen til alle betalingsmetoder, jeg brugte i kasinoer, for at støtte min hensigt helt at stoppe med at spille.
I de efterfølgende uger var det igen op til mig at komme i kontakt med operatøren, da de ikke én gang (!) i hele forløbet har fået kontakt til mig proaktivt. Jeg bekræftede min identitet to gange og tilbød endda at acceptere refusionen via LTC, da dette var - og stadig er - den eneste betalingsmulighed, der er tilgængelig for mig. Jeg bekræftede endda i skriftlig form, at jeg faktisk var den legitime indehaver af den LTC-adresse, jeg oplyste. Jeg fik rundvisningen flere gange og fik kun at vide, at "det ville være imod reglerne" - ingen anelse om, hvad det overhovedet skulle betyde.
Denne frustrerende besværlige proces har stået på i løbet af de sidste to måneder. Kasinoet nægter ikke kun at tilbagebetale mig mine ubrugte midler (på trods af mine mange forsøg på at finde en løsning sammen), de viser heller ingen som helst tegn på at være villige til at finde en løsning på denne latterligt ukomplicerede sag. Derfor ser jeg mig selv tvunget til at bringe dig ind som mægler, da forsøget på at finde en løsning med operatøren selv har vist sig ikke kun som spild af tid, men virkelig frustrerende nu.
Kort sagt: Jeg har bekræftet min identitet to gange, tilbudt en anden betalingsmetode og har været mere end tålmodig med en ren refusion. Kasinoet nægter simpelthen, da det ville være imod deres regler, og viser ingen vilje til at tilbagebetale mig mine forfaldne midler.
Som allerede gjort klart i begyndelsen, er det temmelig trist, at det overhovedet er nødvendigt, at jeg skal åbne denne klage, men jeg kan ikke se nogen anden måde at finde en løsning på denne sag på.

it pains me that I even have to open this complaint considering the laughableness of the entire process.
I have been struggling with gambling addiction for a while. In April, hence, I had my account permanently closed via the Casino's live chat. As I had a balance of $25 remaining, I was informed that I would receive a refund in time.
In June, two months after my account closure, I was yet to receive my funds. This is when the entire painful process started. I got in touch with the Casino, as they had neither sent me my funds nor responded to any of my writings. Please find attached the entire communication that took place since then.
Long story short: The Casino refuses to refund me, as they "could only refund to the same payment method used to deposit". I explained to them multiple times that this option would not be possible, as I had used a virtual AstroPay voucher to deposit and, on top of that, have permanently blocked access to any payment methods I used in Casinos, in order to support my intention to stop gambling altogether.
In the following weeks it was once again up to me to get in touch with the operator, as they have not once (!) in the entire process got in touch with me proactively. I confirmed my identity twice and even offered to accept the refund via LTC, as this was - and still remains -the only payment option available to me. I even confirmed in written form that I was, in fact, the legitimate holder of the LTC address I provided. I was given the runaround multiple times and was only told that "it would be against the rules" - no idea what that's even supposed to mean.
This frustratingly arduous process has been going on over the last two months. The Casino not only refuses to refund me my unused funds (despite my multiple attempts to find a solution together), they also show no signs whatsoever to be willing to find a resolution to this ridiculously uncomplicated case. Hence, I see myself forced to bring you in as a mediator, as trying to find a solution with the operator itself has proven itself not only as a waste of time, but genuinely frustrating by now.
In short: I have confirmed my identity twice, offered a different payment method and have been more than patient for a mere refund. The Casino simply refuses, as it would be against their rules, and shows no will to refund me my due funds.
As already made clear in the beginning, it is rather sad that me having to open this complaint is even necessary, but I do not see any other way a resolution to this case can be found.
