Thank you very much for your reply. From your screenshots I found out, that this complaint is about the VIP Club Player Casino, and not the VIP Club Casino, so I changed it to the correct one.
I checked the bonus offer and I can see as well, that according to them the maximum cash out for that bonus is $150 and not $100, as the casino claims.
Also, I checked the casino's bonus T&Cs (https://www.vipclubplayer.com/bonusterms/) and I found out, that all of their bonuses are sticky, which means that the bonus amount is deducted upon a withdrawal request:
"When you make a withdrawal or a cash out request after meeting all the wagering conditions, any amount that is in excess after free bonus amount deduction and the maximum eligible cash out amount, will be nullified from the account and forfeited by the casino."
