Jeg indgav en formel klage til Yep Casino den 1. marts 2026 vedrørende betalingstransparens og brugen af tredjeparts betalingsudbydere (ENDVR / Euflexqi).
Det er nu gået over 17 dage, og jeg har ikke modtaget noget svar eller nogen bekræftelse på klage-e-mailen.
Jeg har også kontaktet live support flere gange. Supporten har dog gentagne gange sagt, at de ikke kan hjælpe med klager, og henviste mig tilbage til klagemailen, som ikke svarer.
Under disse interaktioner blev der ikke gjort nogen indsats for at tjekke status på min sag eller give nogen meningsfuld opdatering. I stedet fik jeg kun besked på at vente, og chatten blev til sidst lukket uden afklaring.
Dette skaber en situation, hvor klagemailen ikke svarer, og live support nægter at hjælpe, hvilket ikke giver spillerne nogen klar måde at få deres problemer løst på.
Dette giver anledning til alvorlig bekymring vedrørende casinoets klagebehandlingsproces og den generelle gennemsigtighed.
Jeg er fortsat åben for at løse denne sag direkte og håber, at casinoet vil reagere.

I have also contacted live support multiple times. However, support repeatedly stated that they cannot assist with complaints and directed me back to the complaints email, which does not respond.
During these interactions, no effort was made to check the status of my case or provide any meaningful update. Instead, I was only told to wait, and the chat was eventually closed without clarification.
This creates a situation where the complaints email does not respond, and live support refuses to assist, leaving no clear way for players to have their issues addressed.
This raises serious concerns regarding the casino’s complaint handling process and overall transparency.
I remain open to resolving this matter directly and hope the casino will respond.
