Beklager det sene svar, vi gennemgik sagen med teamet. Ud fra aftalen med casinoet vil jeg nok anbefale at kontakte nogle juridiske myndigheder eller advokat. Da aftalen er indgået og underskrevet af begge parter, er den lidt uden for vores rækkevidde, da det ikke er et almindeligt casino-spiller relateret problem.
Baseret på vores politik er kasinoet heller ikke forpligtet til at refundere penge for problemer som dette, da spilleren er ansvarlig for at tjekke, hvor han/hun registrerer sig, og det er ikke en undskyldning for senere at finde ud af, at kasinoet ikke engang er lovligt i deres land.
Desværre vil vi være tvunget til at afvise klagen af ovennævnte grund.

Sorry for the late answer, we were reviewing the case with the team. Based on the agreement with the casino, I would probably recommend to contact some legal authorities or lawyer. As the agreement has been made and signed by both parties, it is a little out of our reach as it is not a common casino-player related issue.
Also, based on our policy, the casino is not obligate to refund money for issues like this as the player is responsible to check where does he/she register and it is not an excuse to later find out that the casino is not even legal in their country.
Unfortunately, we will be forced to reject the complaint for the above stated reason.
