Efter uger, hvor jeg ikke kunne logge ind, og fornærmelsen over konstant at få at vide, at det var mig, der indtastede min e-mail forkert, der var problemet, ville jeg have sat pris på en undskyldning i det mindste. Men der var ikke noget i den stil, og min tillid til denne side var stort set svækket. Efter alt det ser jeg ikke mig selv vende tilbage dertil igen.
RETTELSE: Det er et stykke tid siden, så da jeg fik en e-mail med tilbud om gratis spins, tænkte jeg, at jeg ville besøge siden igen for at se, om den var blevet bedre. I used to enjoy this casino until they upgraded their platform and suddenly I couldn't log in anymore. I tried to change my password but that didn't work either. Everything I tried gave me error messages. So I contacted their customer support, and it was the most frustrating and insulting show of gaslighting, telling me over and over that I'd entered my email wrong and told me to refer to the screenshot id shared with them, which was the exact same email as the screenshot of the email they sent me to change my password, the same email I registered with, and it was 100% correct. I asked several times what was wrong with the email they were seeing in the screenshot and their response was to tell me they had no record of my email and then again that I was entering it wrong. I assume it was AI support, I don't think a human would be as bad as that. I felt incredibly frustrated and I was about to give up when they gave me a link to their site, the address was the same but with an 8 added, and finally it worked. I was using their app so I assume something went wrong after their update as my access issue started after their email of the update. I let them know it worked and without a word they just disconnected. After weeks of not being able to log in, and the insult of continuously being told it was me entering my email wrong that was the problem, I would have appreciated an apology at the very least. But there was nothing like that, and my faith in this site was pretty much shot. After all that, I don't see myself returning there again.
EDIT: It's been a while, so when I got an email offering free spins I thought I'd revisit this site to see if it had improved. The free spins didn't work so I talked to support. Regardless of my prior negative experiences, I was very polite and respectful and simply mentioned the email and the code not working. I was so shocked by how unbelievably rude they were, bluntly claimed I had broken their rules and had more than one account and I would not get any bonuses from them. This was a surprise to me, I hadn't been back there since the last bad experience I had. I asked them for more information and tried to resolve the issue, but they wouldn't answer my questions and just repeated the same statement over and over until I gave up. I doubt very much that I had another account, it's more likely that Im in the naughty corner after posting the original review. And that's the best thing they did, because they made sure I didn't give them another cent of my money.
