I probably did not fully understand what you expect Casino Guru to respond to. Perhaps a few points will address the topic anyway 🙂.
First of all, we do not engage with international law, or lawsuits. If a player is suing the casino, it does not ultimately mean the court will decide the case in relevance with our own approach. I imagine it sounds strange, but I'll try to explain:
Players from Germany are convinced they are correct to lodge a case against Curacao licensed casinos where they deliberately decided to play because, in the end, those players found out the casino to be "illegal" to them. Under such circumstances, such players believe it is ok to deposit and play in the casino and then ask for deposits once they lost all the money.
