Hej, for omkring 2 uger siden vandt jeg 3700€ på 1bruce.bet online casino. Jeg har gjort alt i forhold til verifikation, uploadet alt via PDF, regninger, pas, selfie med ID og Paysafe screenshot med mit navn, men der er altid nogle undskyldninger og ingen egentlig grund. Vi ved ikke, hvad vi skal gøre, hvis nogen har haft det samme problem og kan hjælpe mig, ville det være super nyttigt. Mange tak

I'm currently 2,5 weeks into my withdrawal process. It always takes 48h for them to give or ask anything.

Started with my withdrawal request, to which they responded after 48h, that they require selfie with an ID, and to verify my bank account. After the next 48h they responded with the message below.



"Thank you for the sent photos. Unfortunately, we cannot send your application to the financial department, as your documents do not meet our security requirements.


The issue could’ve happened because of:


- the missing documents and/or pictures of them;


- the information can’t be made out on the photos (blurry, part of the information is not visible, etc).


Correct the documents and send them via the upload form. If you have any questions or require clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out to BruceBet’s Support."


That really doesn't give a whole lot of info. Some feelings and just a touch of violent urges rise, when it takes 48h to tell you that document were not even sent, because something might be blurry, missing or just wrong.


Sent photos of my ID, without me and started the process. This is now day 5 of my documents being reviewed and thee tome remaining is written in the stars with some dead language.

It's never pleasant when you go through verification and problems arise. So did you send the documents to the casino again, or did you ask what the problem was with the ones you sent before? I would like to make sure that everything I send is in order, and if they had a problem with it the first time, what exactly was the issue.

If you did that, I would maybe wait a little longer, but considering that we give casinos 14 days to resolve such a process, I would also consider lodging a complaint with us.

First, after two days they asked a selfie with an ID and to verify my bank account. I sent both and after two days got the "somethings blurry, or..." - message. I thought that the selfie isn't clear enouhg, but went to read the verification rules. There eas mentioned a picture of the ID, so I sent them too. Then the verification lasted 5 days, untill the "blurry or etc..." got a list from support finally to verify google payment, bank card, skrill account and address...

I'm willing to bet, that at least 5 days and another "it's blurry, or missing, or my mom looks too young and need her birth certificate"...


Basicly they don't ask all of documents at once and add to the list every couple of days. The verification tab showed different documents than the support had asked from the financial department...

If This try won't go through, I'll be sure to make a complaint and forward this cluster F.. just about everywhere!


I might fail, because I don't have any kind of utility bills to send, because I don't get any bills, but statements from two different banks state my address...
