Keeping the official licensing authority aside, have you ever successfully resolved such a situation by cooperating with any independent 3rd party?

No. I'm not. I kind of trusted the rating of the casino guru when I played here. The amount is not big by my standards, but this kind of cheating is annoying and you have to tell others about it.


The MGA complaint has sometimes yielded something, but depositing in Curacao is always a risk.


It is typical for them to create rules which of course they don't actually follow when things go in their favor. But if someone manages to win, then the rules will be brought up.

Now here is the most comical thing that the bet history shows how my Lost bets have been ok for them and the money has been valid, but then all the Won bets have been rejected and only the original bet has been returned.


Now they suggested that I file a complaint. Well, you can't guess who these are made for... That's right, for themselves, but only to another email address.

Hi, since you have a problem like this , I would try to recommend a couple of sites where you could also file a complaint and hopefully they will be able to help you. 

As far as your issue is concerned, I haven't heard that you can't bet twice on the same thing. Also, it's strange that they took your money on a losing bet and just refunded the original bet on a winning one.
