Wanna share my experience a little bit. Deposit was instant, while first withdrawal took some time like an hour or maybe even less. By the way the next payout was nearly instant that seems pretty solid. Verification, support, and games are good, can't say more, just very solid. Bonuses are sweet, already played all welcome packs, done wager pretty fast. I think that's all for now. Hope I'll get one more win tonight.

has anyone found that the games and spins are not normal....and the bonus as soon as the wager done everything goes cold ...anyone had the same experience

i play a lot over 40k month last year I spent over 1.2 m

so I roughly know how games spin and Pay and if they’re cold, the cold approximately no one knows it’s luck, but you get the idea if you know what I mean… one there cash back is 12% the level I was on …. For example, I deposited. $1400 between Friday and Friday and I got $62 back. Their reason was that normal table game is considered a live game which I’m talking about a normal blackjack game against the computer and the blackjack is in the column of table game, not in live and they consider that as live remind you the deducted all my losses on the actual game, not on the deposit Against my overall deposit on the slots are paid and gave me cash back of $62 at 12%, which my cashback should’ve been more like $160

Another example the week before last I spend about 8k and their bonus from the vip manger are restricted to $1000 withdrawal after wager not fair enough. That’s their rules, but I asked them as a VIP player. Wouldn’t you Taylor a better system for me they couldn’t provide anything

As soon as you get any type of bonus, and you somehow finish the wager with a betting restriction as a matter what game you play, every game is cold as ice……

Another example, usually when one game is hot it’s hot over a few different casinos. Their game are always cold as ice. It will give you the smallest little win and then just keep on taking from you.

Then win the feature some hell is about to land on you every single time the game would either freeze or click over like look. I spend a lot of money and a lot of casinos and there’s like casino. They do the right thing and I just feel that their games are influenced, because every time you bring up an issue, they say Will our casino got unlimited withdrawal.

My theory is due to their unlimited withdrawal. They restrict the winnings on their games due to this reason because casinos rely on paying less out knowing the player will then re-invest his winnings and potentially lose it the whole casino. Just stinks of issues and problems and they’re not straight like cashback is cashback simple is that how can you confuse cashback and make it such a headache?

Thanks for your insight, which is quite long. I think you probably have a reason why you won't play there anymore, and I suppose if everything was going downhill and you weren't getting any wins it would probably be easiest to stop playing because I think you've spent a lot of money.

So I would suggest to take a break or stop playing altogether, so that you don't end up losing even more money. 

You make no sense why should I stop playing for? It’s not like I’m worried about the money that I’ve lost I’m just saying yeah I do care about the money I’ve lost but I’m going off principal here and like I said the games spin irregularly and yeah I know when a game goes colder when the game goes hot, but You know how the flow or the consistency when a game is hot how it’s playing over time ….

Like this whole forum on casino Guru is meant to be your opinion and your belief and everything, but every time we write something on here casino Guru I feel are always supporting the casinos view or talking as a kid the casino would talk to us and that’s how support talk to us on that casino like if you want to be impartial and be fair I fell both sides. I think you have mistaken this forum for the complaint thread.

This is a forum where everyone is free to express their opinions. We share our knowledge and experiences; we also ask questions, keeping passive readers in mind.

We aim to inform. What good comes from a different approach than we are certain you would receive from the casino? I really do not understand the tense here.

With all possible respect, if you are convinced casinos are shady, manipulating games, simply when you lose the fun aspect of gambling, I'd say it's the best time to take a break.

I just experienced quite possibly the most predatory bonus terms I've ever seen im my life at kas. I received a promo in the mail Earth day 70% bonus up to $300. No mention of any wincap at all. I deposited 400 and played with 700. Completed 13.5 k wagering and finished with 3k. Wow first time I managed to withdraw more than I deposited here I thought. Only to get an email saying that the bonus had a wincap of $650 ... litterally 1.5x the deposit. I wagered 13.5k to withdraw basically my deposit. Is this not the most unfair terms and conditions you have ever heard of for a bonus ?

GuyS I must say this I retract what I said!!! Their bonuses are the worst!!!!!! I spent 15k last week and got my 10% cash back of $1500. On Friday !! The wager was close to $50k at a seven dollar restriction and remind you half of the games are locked out. It’s impossible…..

then I speak to the manager. He makes a deal with me and then changes the deal and not just that any casino sees losses of $15,000 with throw bonuses at ya.
