I'm doing this forum (cause i don't know if there is already one) to tell you that this is the worst casino ever. This sister site is the WORST of all. After losing soo much money I got nothing back. Had a few problems with bonuses.. the support never resolved a anything. Ex. Today I deposited to get a bonus. I activated the bonus and then deposited....the system apparently didn't activate the bonus. I didn't see it and I played my money....after I saw that it wasn't activated I reached to support and told them. The said that they couldn't activate it cause I played my money which is irrelevant.,... I did activate the bonus and then played....how is it my fault that their system didn't activate the bonus. They dismissed me and closed the chat. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Hello, enter the complaint section and go to "submit complaint." Since those casinos may not be licensed under the GGL, you might not find them on the list of casinos, but do not worry; you can always use the option "the casino is not on the list."

I see; we usually try to present the pros or possible consequences for the casino, though.

I understand you want to be done with that, but a refund blocks our way to investigate delayed payments and possibly lowers the casino's rating if the withdrawal can't be resolved.

To me it seems this casino is not well organized; therefore, I'm truly glad to see the account was reopened.

I agree with the rest. The casino's claims of far too many requests, coupled with the non-fulfillment of even the smallest ones, often irritate me. Sometimes it simply looks like the casino has stopped paying completely. Yet saying it is all due to overall delay sounds better than admitting that they lost payment providers, for example.

This was just general experience; I have no insight into Lizaro, which, as its unpublished index states, is "questionable" and can be changed before publication.

I dont think my bank will refund me. Im hoping that you getting involved will bring this to a resolution.

I just don't get it, there is absolutely no issue. I have verified myself with them so why cant they just pay me. I know its not a huge amount but this is extremely frustrating.

From your experience do they pay out when you have got involved?

That's what they keep saying to me. There is a delay, a back log of payments. I dont even think I'm speaking to a human on the chat, it's just the same old thing everyday.

It's not right. Im on day 7 and they say payout is within 3 days so I dont know what is going on.

Im new to all this and this has well and truly put me off. I won't be doing this again.
