Intro: I feel like shuffle really is clueless in caring for their treatment of hard working professionals just trying to make a living, and especially for not taking these claims and harassment seriously from the start with the staff member responsible for harassing me, and stalling and just all around being a scummy way to do business.

Feb 3rd and Feb 13th Created my campaings which only allow for maximum of 10 links. When I was told I could request more links asked for a change of both accounts emails to secure accounts for partnership I was hoping for:

They will say I whole lot of things to avoid 2 Things here:

Lost $25,000+ I was delayed from Feb 11, to March 31st, in having my revenue commission rates set.

I never violated terms without previous consent to do so either by Shuffle or its Partners in relation to my play and contractual efforts. I purposefully excluded affiliate accounts from tipping and gambling to separate recreation and earnings in advance, and had to also create accounts just to contact support at one point.

On Feb 11th contacted Cam about anything available, and he showed keen interest in telegram contact of stake players:

I also, early on asked for permission to develop a web app requiring multiple accounts. While I was directly told Yes, I was lead along with vague speech about wanting to see something before saying yes, which also isnt explicity no either, since some players do actually have hundreds of accounts.

I know you mentioned you cannot help, but that does not mean other users shouldnt get warnings about how shady this business is dealing with its players and marketers.

BEWARE of this site, that also employs the use of chat bots on site to artificially inflate their presence as well as farm their own token, rains, giveaways and more.

I have seen with my own eyes, users without wagers of any kind tipping thousands of dollars, as well as users who are very clearly farm/bot accounts assumingly so of shuffle's, farming their own airdrops.

Lastly, the staff are extremely racially motivated in their decision making processes which I personally find unforgivable and truly shameful.

If you are thinking of investing with this company, do not hesitate to contact me if you need more details.

You can certainly express your opinion and warn the players with your experience as long as it is all within the bounds of decent behaviour. 

I'm sorry for this situation and that all this had to happen, but the question remains unanswered, did you try it on the forum that was recommended to you ? Maybe you could have gotten help there.

UPDATE:

After months of trying to get a direct reply from shuffle, I was blocked after posting under Ishan Haque's LinkedIn (if you dont know, Ishan is one of the founders/owners) following weeks more in silence after a post of mine he replied to he had been bragging for his VC Investors on social media.

After finally just posting under his threads with the proof and information linked to a google document under his posts, rather than reply to me and give me an explanation like any sane CEO would do - especially one that "has a community that they value and listen to" per his statements, I would be obviously very concerned to hear that one of my staff regardless of seniority, had caused a partner of ours to lose out on a huge sum of earnings.

So Ishan if you happen to see this thread - SMFD scammer. Do not think that I will allow this slide and do not think because you simply block me to look good, will stop me from running some paid ads and SEO jacking my earnings back. 🖕🏻

If you are a VC partner of Shuffle's, I hope you dont live within subpoena powers of my jurisdiction because I will be bringing you to accountability.

I Found out that shuffle was secretly onboarding players through cold calling that I had placed into chats. Following months of ranting and all the other crap, Noah did concede that infact I was scammed for more than $40,000 - althought this is only less than half - he paid me. Until I found out about the secret players they dissuaded away from my campaigns. I asked for resolution, but was ignored like before and blocked, so I let them know I would move forward with legal actions, and then this happens today 🙂 Bot what wonderful bunch of ladies are running this scam site?

Hmm, hello, it's been a while since you wrote to this casino. I see you're about to take legal action. I'd say if you're threatening the casino, that's why they did it and blocked your account. But the truth may be elsewhere, so have you tried contacting them to find out why they did it ?

Yes of course I have, they sent emails without specifying any specific violations and since I have asked for this and they refused to reply to anything.


If you look around the web specifically trust pilot, youll see that many players complain the same bizarre treatment most of them were not backing down from support agents after some dispute and then were banned from contacting support. Which is exactly what I experienced.

Sure, it's pretty sad if that's how a casino treats its players. So what about the legal action, have you taken any or not ?

Yes I am currently preparing the demand letters to send to them. I am positive they will ignore these up to the point they are summoned to a hearing at which point if they choose to not attend, they will be entered into a default judgement in my favor. If they do show up, then we will put on the gloves for however long necessary it will only add to my final resulting payout. I kept very clear records due to all of the red flags and indisputable since I also posted about it in places such as here.


For all the other operators out there, do not think because a user is allegedly multi accounting, living in a blocked geo, abusive, et. al. that you can get away with taking money or services from them and walk away unpunished. You are bound by the law to act in good faith with fair contracts and never to disadvantage another financially. These are basic consumer and business laws no matter where your business is and no matter where you live, I WILL COME FOR MY MONEY.

I can see that you've thought this through and I'm curious to see how it all turns out. 

However, I would disagree that if a player has multiple accounts, lives in a restricted country, etc., that the casino can't take his money. There are some cases where players explicitly want to damage the casino and therefore, just as the player has to abide by the casino's rules, the casino should abide by rules too. 

Above all, everything should be fair, and when it is not on one side or the other, there should be consequences.

Jeg oprettede en konto med shuffle. Verificeret og deponeret. Jeg havde lidt held og ville udbetale mine gevinster, men shuffle tillader mig ikke. I livechatten siger de, at mine dokumenter skal kontrolleres manuelt, men de kan ikke fortælle mig, hvor lang tid det vil tage.

The worst part is that I saw quite similar feedback in the latest user reviews. Based on that, to me, it seems this casino quile lacks efficiency. Would you say the casino referred to some sort of additional verification? It feels confusing to me. Once the account has been verified, it should be ready to use.

May I know for how long have you been struggling, please?

I completely disagree with this and I can attest to the numerous citation sources across the internet showing many cases of users being fucked over without any concern towards shuffle while literally blaming the victims of their con. Don’t be so foolish and DYOR.


In fact I submitted another complaint about my account being closed and your website refuses to even help me on the basis of "affiliates" and fuck the affiliates I want my fucking airdrop I’ll handle the affiliates in court when I sue them.


They have posted numerous times publicly that my accounts were closed due to threats and this is a fucking lie completely and besides the ToS doesn’t say shit about what I can and can’t say off platform anyways. Do you think if they have a clause stating I must not call police when I see something illegal happen that then I watch somebody get murdered that I would in fact call the police only to see my account closed to it? Please.

I would go on to ask why you marked my reply to the other player and what does what I wrote to him have to do with what you wrote to me? I don't mean that in a bad way, I just want to know if I missed something and if there is a connection.

To your rejected complaint. It is clearly stated that we don't deal with complaints that go into affiliate deals because we don't see in depth and that's why it was closed the way it was closed.

Also, behavior of this nature is not welcome in casinos and I can imagine that if you were doing what you are doing here now, your account has been closed. The most important thing is what I have already mentioned and that is the affiliate relationship. We're short on that kind of thing, and you're probably going to have to deal with it in a different way.

as a business owner myself in several other small ventures I can tell you that in my time doing business I have never been accused of such things and even once would raise anybody’s eye when I see a consistent pattern of abuse with this company.

I'm not even saying you did anything wrong, and if you have the option of contacting some other authorities I would certainly give it a try if you think it would prove something. Believe me, we would love to help, but some things are just not within our scope and reach. 

I hope you understand that. 😥
