Hello. We give casinos 14 full days to process the payment, actually. Especially when it comes to the first withdrawal, the casino needs to verify the account of every player and sometimes this procedure could be more time consuming.

Please let us know about any development with your withdrawal.

Hello.


First withdrawal did take 4 day to process other withdrawals were made in 2 days. I got all my money. Bad thing about is that you can withdraw only 500€ per day.

So it's actually good news that you already have all the money. It's comforting for sure, but on the other hand I see that 500 a day is not enough for you. Unfortunately, that's the way the casino has it set up, but the most important thing is that you didn't have to wait too long and you got it all.

Requested a withdrawal of around $400 nine days ago, still processing and not paid out, would avoid this casino...

Hi, did the casino tell you any reason why the withdrawal is still pending ? Have you verified here yet or was it not necessary ? Have you had any successful withdrawals before ? 

I am asking these questions because we give casinos a full 14 days to sort out everything necessary and send the money to the player. If they fail to do so then we will try to help if you file a complaint. 

So I will wait for your reply.

Ja jeg har foretaget tre hævninger mere og jeg blev betalt normalt.. ja jeg har lavet identifikation jeg sendte dem alle papirerne og de accepterede dem alle.. nej fordi jeg ikke havde tid til at hæve mine penge fordi de lukkede min konto for ingen grund .. jeg ved ikke grunden til hvorfor det er gjort de vil bare ikke betale fordi de er tyve

Clearly, I think that's probably the best you can do. I'm sure there may be some delay but I'd like to know what's going on and not just general information. 

Anyway, we'll have to keep a cool head now and hopefully they'll keep their word and the money will get into your account. 

I will wait for an update.  😉
