I'm discouraged because I saw that the latest complaints from other players here in casino.guru they didn't respond either... 


i don't understand why nick asked to confirm i received my payment... i said earlier that my account was deactivated

Hello,

can't speak on behalf of Nick or the casino so I can only guess. Still, I'm sure that Nick knows what he's doing he probably just overlooked the older information - it happens, kindly answer him, he's trying to help you and dozens of other players daily.

Let's just hope that the casino cares about their rating and your issue. 🤞
