Lmao.

The problem is, the upload area is not accepting it. I've relayed this to live chat and emailed support multiple times. I finally receive an email that I can return send my ID via email so I do so, request my cashout and receive an email two hours later saying I need to upload my final ID piece. Lmao.
I have sent multiple emails since and nothing. If they sort this out I'll up their rating a couple points but dear God,get it together folks. This is frustrating over a few hundred dollars.
Edit: payout finally happened but took far too long. Still they paid so I'll upgrade experience to neutral.
