My VIP manager is literally the only reason I haven't left this casino. She checks in every week, sends me personalized offers that actually fit how I play, and once when my withdrawal was stuck for two days she fixed it in twenty minutes. Genuinely feels like having a friend on the inside. But the KYC process to get verified in the first place was a complete circus. They wanted my ID, a selfie, then a bank statement. Had a support agent named Jessica help me when my withdrawal was stuck in pending for two days. She escalated it, followed up twice via email, and got it approved within hours. I didn't even have to keep chasing her, she just handled it. Professional as hell. But the KYC process to get verified in the first place took almost a week. They kept asking to resend. Got a decent first impression, everything felt ideal: fast live support, great design, huge selection of games, not rigged RTP, even the cashback percentages were fine to me. But when it came to cashing out my winnings, the nightmare started. First, it was missing verification documents, then I was told it takes 24 hours to be approved, now, there are "routine checks"..What’s worse, while my withdrawal is blocked, deposits are still open and working fine, so I guess they just hope I’ll lose everything before the "checkings" pass. A decent casino. There are big wins sometimes, but also losses, like anywhere else. The most important and rare thing these days with casinos, is that they really pay out, even though its not always instant. Once I won around 3000 and had to wait two days and was asked for docs, which was not approved fast.. but they paid it all out eventually. Customer support responds quickly and they helped me solve an issue with my currency showing wrong one time.  I think it would be great if they added more live games, apart from that everything is cool!
