Spillerens udbetaling er forsinket på grund af begrænsninger i grænserne.

Spilleren fra Sverige stod over for en udbetalingsgrænse på €2.000, hvilket begrænsede ham i at få adgang til sin fulde saldo i en enkelt transaktion. Denne grænse tvang ham til at vente mere end 36 timer på hver udbetalingsanmodning, samtidig med at han ikke kunne indsende nye anmodninger, hvilket forårsagede betydelige forsinkelser i adgangen til de resterende midler. Spilleren rapporterede overdrevne behandlingstider på over 48 timer uden kommunikation eller KYC-anmodninger, på trods af at være fuldt verificeret. Vi gennemgik casinoets forklaring om, at der ikke var interne daglige udbetalingsgrænser, og at forsinkelserne skyldtes betalingsudbyderens overholdelse af regler, men spillerens oplevelse modsiger dette. Trods flere anmodninger svarede spilleren ikke på yderligere henvendelser fra klageteamet. Derfor blev klagen lukket på grund af manglende kommunikation med spilleren, med mulighed for at genåbne, hvis spilleren genoptog kontakten.
