Such a horrible horrible casino.

I received an email that there are 40 FS on my account, I have never created account with this casino, so find it odd. I contacted customer support and they said that I need to create an account, so I did.
Once I created the account there were no FS, therefore I contacted the support, they kept on closing the chat with no response. Then they finally replied (after like 5 attempts so reopen the chat) that they had credited the FS. Once I tried to active the FS it was not possible to do.

DO NOT play here, such a sketchy and scammy casino. They just collect your data and that's it.

At first I liked this casino, but then horrible things started to happen.

My account was randomly closed, when I contacted support they said that I requested the closure, although it was never requested by me nor confirmed. When I asked to reopen account they keep on stalling, they say that it will be opened on one day, then on the other. Horrible horrible casino, do not waste your money or time with these scammers.

Such a bad experience with the casino.

Received an email regarding cashback and as I wanted to claim it I decided to contact live chat. Live chat support agent told be that it is not available to me even though she said that this promotion is valid for all the players? When I asked about their regulator and licencing ID she just closed the chat. Horrible horrible experience, do not trust all the positive fake reviews down below.

I would not recommend this casino for many different reasons. I got lucky at the casino and make a withdrawal request of around 2700 EUR, had to wait for many days for it and in the end had to write emails about taking legal action, only then my withdrawal was approved.

The support is an absolute nightmare. Live chat agents ignore you, or just say that issue is send to some department and they will get back by email. They never do get back and issue is just ignored. Right now I have two deposits of around 80 EUR that are not credited and I have been ignored by email for almost 3 days. This is a very sketchy casino, you never know if you receive the money, so would not recommend depositing here.

One of the WORST experiences in a casino.

Casino does have a pretty easy and quick verification, decent loyalty programme and many different slots.

However, when it comes to withdrawals it is a disaster and casino acts in a very scammy way.
Their Terms and Conditions clearly state that casino process all withdrawals 24 hours after verification. I passed my verification, made several withdrawal requests. I had to beg the casino to pay my withdrawals each day and they only confirmed one withdrawal per day, even though it was 500 EUR and daily limit is 2000 EUR.
Then they stopped paying, one deposit was not confirmed for over 72 hours and another for 48 hours. I do not understand how casino can act like it when it is clearly written that they will pay the winnings in 24 hours.
Also I was promised a loyalty bonus via chat, they said that they are creating it and I will receive it really soon, a week passed by, I contacted live chat and there is no bonus available. Lies on top of lies with this casino.
Avoid it, such a scam and unfair casino.

Pretty good casino. I really enjoyed the welcome bonus of 300 EUR. The RTP is pretty good here, you get a 10% cashback on losses daily and also rakeback is available.
Verification was very quick and easy.
Unfortunately withdrawals might take some time, haven't had a single instant one, so this could be improved.

EDIT: Extremely disappointment of a casino. After reporting the issue more than a week ago it is still there. Live support specialist said that they have contacted the game provider and issue will be solved ASAP, not only did thei not solve the issue, they also did not compensate me on my losses. Avoid this casino at all costs, they will not treat you fairly.

I would give this casino the best rating, if it was not for the errors that I have experienced.

I was double charged hundreds of times in one game. First time I noticed it the casino kindly refunded me the losses. All the times after that I was required to provide the video proof of the error. So I did, the reaction was pretty slow, but finally I have received the 'bounty' bonus for this. The bonus sum was very small compared to the losses I have experienced. Casino said that this error happened to me 5-10 times, although the reality was that it happened 100-150 times.

Very unfortunate experience, because I do really like this casino, I wish they would treat the errors more fairly. At this point, sadly, I will have to look for another casino.

Preet bad experience this with casino.

The RTP in the casino is just extremely low, it is hard to find a casino where games do not pay at all.
The support seems friendly, but is full of false promises, they promise you amazing bonuses, great cashback if you deposit. After you deposit, you get the bonus with huge wagering requirements and cashback is very low.
They only care about how much you loose and not how loyal you are to the casino.
Best to avoid this casino and look for a better one.

Also, they only stopped sending promotional emails after contacting them for like 7 times, super annoying.

A pretty decent casino.
Support was very friendly and willing to help me as I had some questions regarding the first deposit bonus.
The bonus itself is very cool, it has no wager, you just have to triple your balance if you want to withdraw.
Had no issues with withdrawals as well, quick and smooth. A nice casino!
