Been with William hill for less than 2 weeks... Claimed a welcome offer didn't win anything from the welcome offer.
Played book of dead and legacy of dead won almost a couple hundred quid and all of a sudden i have been excluded from claiming any promotions with William hill with no explanation so i have today deleted my William Hill Casino along with the APP.
If William Hill wish to view there customers in this light then you shall not get my custom.
It's a shame because I was just starting to enjoy William Hill Casino
I hate having to give negative reviews but when i have only had 1 bonus from William Hill which didn't last i am suddenly excluded from all promotions etc which worries me in terms of how they think of there customers at William hill.
I have today deleted my William hill account in light of this decision made by them
