The marketing banner heavily promoted "enjoy no wagering for maximum flexibility", "Play more freely, clear the bonus fast, and turn your winnings into real cash sooner", with "Wagering Requirement: Just 1x (deposit + bonus)".
I completed the 1x wagering on allowed slots. First withdrawal attempt was declined due to a KYC incompletion.
After that was tackled I had a balance of 143 €. I made a second attempt to withdraw the issue became the "remaining sticky bonus balance" of €94.32. The casino deducted the full bonus amount, leaving me with only €46.
This means that the welcome bonus they are offering as a no wagering bonus is:
1. Not at all funds that one is able to withdraw. The bonus amount will forever be kept in the casino balance no matter if you win or loose.
2. A classic misleading marketing trick to lure new customers.
Support handling was inconsistent and concerning:
Zoe promised: "we will now remove the sticky bonus from your account. Once that is completed, you’ll be able to submit a new withdrawal request without any issues." This did not happen promptly. And after this email the Balance went back to 140€. At this point I was under the impression that the bonus was already removed.
KYC verification was initiated at 11:03 and completed at 13:13, yet the sticky bonus deduction was only applied at 13:48 — immediately after a new withdrawal attempt.
Chat representative William stated that KYC is only required for crypto wallets if the withdrawal is associated with a bonus — suggesting selective use as a delay tactic. The Casino is marketing: No KYC for Crypto Wallets.
Connor suggested I "continue playing" with the tiny remaining €46 balance, I can withdraw but it is not mandatory....
Every support email, including the latest ones, displays a false 4.7 Trustpilot score in the signature. The actual current rating for blazespins.com is 3.6/5 (≈520 reviews).
I fully acknowledge the general Bonus Terms and Conditions (Sections 1.12, 2.4 Low-Wagering Bonuses, non-withdrawable Initial Bonus Amount, etc.).
However, the visible marketing created a seriously misleading impression that this was a genuine no-wagering offer with quick access to real cash after the single playthrough.
The sticky nature and full deduction were not clearly disclosed.
I proposed a fair settlement — restore €75 as fully withdrawable real-money funds (return of my original deposit) — No reply was received.
This experience, combined with the inflated Trustpilot claim, selective KYC handling, and unfulfilled promises, is highly unsatisfactory.
Players should be very cautious with Blaze Spins "No Wagering" promotions.
The well described issues with the KYC handling seem to have been fixed. Things started happening after i pushed the support via email.
- KYC verification was faster than expected. (about 2h.)
- Misleading Marketing
- Signs that the KYC is used as a delay tactic.
- False information.
