Bellona-sagen er lige nu her:
Vi modtog i alt to kopier af chatkorrespondance. Det passer selvfølgelig ikke. Den anden blev kun sendt, fordi vi fandt en måde at sende de allerede sendte beskeder autentisk.
Bellona NV hævdede, at de aldrig troede, at jeg ville ønske at lukke min konto. På baggrund af chatkorrespondancen vidste medarbejderen i Bellona NV, at jeg overvejede at lukke kontoen.
Flere gange bad jeg om en grænseforhøjelse og spurgte om, hvad der sker, hvis jeg lukker min konto. De svarede selvfølgelig ikke på noget, selvom VIP-kunder blev lovet et hurtigt svar og en fremskyndet betaling.
Baseret på den anden forfalskning, da jeg mistede beløbet, skrev jeg ikke engang til kundeservice den dag. Dette viste sig selvfølgelig ikke at være sandt. Advokatfirmaet løj, at der formentlig var forskel på grund af en anden tidszone. Det var fint med alle de andre, men ikke med denne :😀
Men det værste er:
Samtalen, da jeg bad om at lukke kontoen, blev ikke sendt i nogen korrespondance. De hævder, at det aldrig er sket, men jeg har et vidne til det. De kunne ikke have forfalsket det for at slippe af sted med det, så de sendte det ikke engang.
Advokaten sendte dem et sidste krav om, at chatplatformen skulle sende os en kopi af samtalerne.
I mellemtiden begyndte jeg på en anden vej.
Da jeg er EU-borger, beskytter EU personoplysninger. Jeg indtastede meget følsomme data i chatten (navn, adresse, fødselsdato, saldo osv.)
Derfor indgav jeg en klage til den ungarske databeskyttelsesmyndighed. Det blev anset for velbegrundet, og derfor blev der ikke kun indledt sager mod Bellona NV, men også mod Zendesk-chatplatformen.
Vi er her i øjeblikket efter 7 måneder. Bellona NV's advokat lyver, som om han skal.
De glemte, at straffen for overtrædelse af GDPR kan være en bøde på 20.000.000 euro eller 4 % af den samlede salgsindtægt.
Desuden kan de forbyde ikke kun Bellona NV, men også Antillephone at håndtere data fra ungarske spillere i fremtiden og dermed droppe dem fra hele hjemmemarkedet.

Så hvis nogen mister 50.000 euro på 4 måneder, hvorfor får han så VIP-status? Fordi de ved, at han er ludoman? Er der nogen der har pålidelige oplysninger om dette? Det ville være meget vigtigt.

We received a total of two copies of chat correspondence. Of course it doesn't match. The second one was sent only because we found a way to send the already sent messages authentically.
Bellona NV claimed that they never thought I would want to close my account. Based on the chat correspondence, the employee of Bellona NV knew that I was thinking about closing the account.
Several times I asked for a limit increase and inquired about what happens if I close my account. Of course, they didn't answer anything, even though VIP customers were promised a quick response and an accelerated payment.
Based on the second forgery, when I lost the amount, I didn't even write to customer service that day. This, of course, turned out not to be true. The law firm lied that there was probably a difference due to a different time zone. It was fine with all the others, but not with this one :😀
But the worst thing is:
The conversation when I asked to close the account was not sent in any correspondence. They claim that this never happened, but I have a witness to it. They couldn't have faked it to get away with it, so they didn't even send it.
The lawyer sent them a final demand that the chat platform send us a copy of the conversations.
Meanwhile, I started on a different path.
Since I am an EU citizen, the EU protects personal data. I entered very sensitive data in the chat (Name, address, date of birth, balance, etc.)
That is why I filed a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority. It was considered well-founded, and therefore proceedings were initiated not only against Bellona NV, but also against the Zendesk chats platform.
We are currently here after 7 months. Bellona NV's lawyer lies as if he has to.
They forgot that the penalty for violating the GDPR can be a fine of 20,000,000 euros or 4% of the total sales revenue.
Moreover, they can prohibit not only Bellona NV, but also Antillephone from handling the data of Hungarian players in the future, thus dropping them from the entire domestic market.

So if someone loses 50,000 euros in 4 months, why does he get VIP status? Because they know he's a gambling addict? Does anyone have reliable information about this? It would be very important.
