Den 13. januar sendte jeg min fuldstændige dokumentation for at kunne fortsætte med hævninger, efter mere end en måned modtog jeg intet svar fra sikkerhedsafdelingen. Endnu mere ironisk var annulleringen af min konto for omkring to dage siden uden nogen åbenbar grund.
Jeg vil gerne vide, hvilken metode andre spillere fulgte for at få et svar (jeg har allerede startet en klage, stadig intet svar fra 1win, og jeg har forsøgt dusinvis af gange at kontakte 1win-supportplatforme, men uden held).
