Situation is still the same. More than 35 hours by now. 3 withdraws in a queue with a 0 progress. Have all the screens if needed.

Bank Transfer. Online supports says it takes 3 working days but its already 1.5 and I dont think they will manage to complete it…

It is not possible to verify your account is this casino until it’s administration ask about it which they did not. It is my 1st deposit and 1 withdraw, no welcome bonuses taken etc. My chose of this casino was based on your grades and evaluation but now I cant receive my money.

I sent an email yestarday but almost 24 hours no answer. Online chat all the time give the same answer about 3 working days which already has been gone. I have all the screenshots if needed even from live chat support.

Still no changes. Online Support send the same text each time, email support still no answer. I think it is the time to open a complaint.

Hi, I would slowly start to think about it too, but you have to take into account what Romi said and that is 14 days. After that time our team will intervene and until then they will find out everything they need from you. 

I can see that there have been no changes and I am quite sorry if they keep giving you the same answer and nothing moves forward.
