Jungliwin had let me opened an account and deposit money. After some winnings it’s impossible to make a withdrawal because of an error on the withdraw section all the times. So I can’t make a withdrawal request!


I asked for help in the live chat for more than 10 times now and they’re giving me a different answer every time. Answers such as: technical issues, bonus wagering ( I didn’t receive any bonus ) and so on.

I really want to withdraw my money from this casino as soon as possible. A also asked the curaçao gaming autorities to step in this case, that’s where their license is coming from!

when are you solving this problem? It is still unable for me to request a withdrawal. If I try to withdraw money I get an error all the time. After that error I receive an email with a withdrawal confirmation, but the amount is still in my casino wallet and not on my AstroPay account!


what is the problem? And how do I get my money?

It's regarding my unsettled bet for 3500irs

It's almost 28 days now

They are giving copypaste reply.and blaming betting provider.but I can see my bet never placed and they deducted money.

I have sent all proofs and screenshot they just ignore.
