Payment team are going to review it as soon as possible. That they are very busy. Then someone else will say they don’t work today (Friday)… then someone else will say it’s in my bank soon but I have no email to say it’s approved (shows pending).


Now is day 3 and over 48h and I see it pending with no email or anything.

Played here for couple of days so I will write a review soon. Got 2 withdrawals pending (1 for already 48hrs) depending on how that goes I’m going to write my review but I can already say that paying €20 for a bank withdrawal is ridiculous. (so €40 gone for withdrawals that take ages)

Anyway they say the payment provider charges this fee but I think that’s BS because I played a lot of casinos with the same payment provider and none of them ask a fee for a withdrawal.

I don’t mind paying a fee but then I expect the money to be in my bank account within hours. (even better let costumers chose, pay a fee and the withdrawal goes very quickly or don’t pay and wait longer)
