I have filed a complaint with the casinos of B2C operator N1 Interactive limited (MGA licensed casino) (some of their brands). I also accidentally contacted playamo with my complaint. In this complaint I list some MGA regulations that the casinos have broken. The casinos answered. All good and right. But Playamo (Antillephone) replied at the same time and verbatim as the MGA Casino. Is it normal and legitimate that they have the same management and/or grievance body as MGA? Keyword: key function? Again, it says that Playamo is "related" to MGA casinos (cookies, avalon, bobcasino)

That is interesting, I can understand that related casinos - meaning under the same management, or the same shareholders, and so on - would probably respond the same or similar way, no matter under which license each casino operates. I believe that this can be understood because probably the same people deal with the complaint. But I got the impression, that you are more concerned about the response from the MGA and Antillephone authorities - being similar, am I correct? 🤔

I don't know if this is compatible with the key functions when casinos of different licenses have the same management and complaints department. I also find it highly dishonest when a Curacao licensed casino responds to a complaint with the same words as the complaint against a MGA licensed casino.

Anyone had issues with Playamo lately.there normally always been the best . Pay out within hours . But this time saying it’s a coinspad issue(their end)and ive been waiting 3 days and still nothing . When I say I can’t deposit either their more than eager to fix it .
