It's with spin city.

They want selfies with both visa debit cards inhave used to deposit, also my bank statements,proof of my accounts,utilities bills they didn't accept rates power or phone bill. My drivers licence. Also. I have sent about 25 selfie holding my cards. I even got some done professionally that I paid for. They finally accepted one of the cards. NZ bnz and anz visa debit cards do most accept international payments and I have asked them to foot bother with my bnz but they insist they must verify both cards. My kiwibank card has been verified. I cant even try to withdraw until verified. I am at a loss what to do now.

I have sent so many. Thry accepted my kiwibank one finally after about 25 times. But won't accept the bnz .

BNZ NZ do not accept international payments so its not relevant. They have all.my bank statements my phone ,rates and power accounts. My drivers licence. They just keep saying it's not verified always another excuse.
