I think I'm regretting opening an account on this casino! As they are not trustworthy and truthful! I had no issues depositing, as it was fast, but immediately i wanted to withdraw. I was asked for additional video verification even thou i had already verified my account before depositing. No issues, i did the verification it was successful and the customer support asked me to place a withdrawal that I won't have any issues again, since i placed the withdrawal and I'm yet to receive it.
