Rooster bet is a scam firm. I asked them if I can open an account to play if my husband already played there. The customer support told that is NOT a problem as long as we do NOT access each other's account, that we played our own account separately. Therefore I opened my account, made deposit and play. While when I almost meet my wagering requirements and decided to withdrawal my money, they sent me an email and told me that because of duplicated account issue, my account is closed and confiscate all my winnings. They also send the same email to my husband.

They admitted that they give us the misleading and wrong information but they said that was just a human error and they need to ensure the fariness!! But this is unfair, if they did NOT give me the misleading information, I won't open my account to play, and now both me and my husband's winnings (like above 2000 dollars in total) are all confiscated.

I think they purposely gave such information first, they were hoping we lost money so they could eat. But unfortunately, we both won money, and then they decided to do this, as the timing is perfectly when we almost complete our wagering requirements and are ready to cash out our money. They just wanted for couple weeks and once they see it is the time to do so, they decide to do it!!

What a dishonest and scamming firm!!!!

I made a account on this site due to the high rating on casino guru but i fast understand that this casino is a scam and also that casino guru are not a trustworthy site. Its feels like the site is not intrested of helping you with the most important thing - withdrawal and in 2025 its not even reasonable that a request need up to 72 hours. And even when you talk to the chat they say "if everything is done correctly we might accept the withdrawal" so I think that the site use a kyc and when everything is accepted they can come up with reasons why they will not accept your winnings. Anyway this is the worst site I’ve ever play on. And i hope that casino guru maybe can help me with my winnings if this scam site won’t help me.

I get my winnings eventually. After hours of arguing with the livechat. They rejected my withdrawal at first and forced me to use sepa instead, which I ask for from beginning but was not allowed too. It took over a week to get my winnings, and the time frame and the service they offer is not so good or friendly.

Rooster.bet stole 100 euros from me. I made a deposit on this site. Turns out I had active limits. I tried to withdraw but they did not let me (they require 3x wager for deposit). I disabled limits. 2 days after I get email confirmation for disabling limits and suddenly I can not log in on the site. My account has been made "inactive" without any explanation. Rooster.bet is impossible to reach from any sources (support, e-mail, Whatsapp etc). I made a complaint to estonian tax comission. I contacted same owner another sites support (they share the limits) and they told me to remove limits from this other site to make a difference at rooster.bet (not even joking). Clearly this is not normal, this is a complete waste of time, fishing for extra money and a scam.

I deposited around 3 k. First they took me for a runaround with verification as soon as my funds ran out I got verified. They didn’t add any bonuses from my deposits or did I gain any pts. I had a few withdrawals but as they stated they had technical difficulties I reversed those and that’s that. After all that I did try to get answers why none of the bonuses work for me and the live chat said that they will escalate the issue to some department. ( never got any response from them) Meanwhile I tried to close my account and that was impossible as well . The account is still open and I still have 0 responses in 3 weeks. I strongly advise people to stay away from the. I will lodge a complaint to the licence holder. I’m sure all the good reviews are done by bots.
