Hello, in this case I would think about lodging a complaint if you received a bonus that you did not ask for and could not be removed somehow and you lost your winnings because of it. It doesn't seem normal to me.

There is not much you can do in this situation as you don't have a clear reason why this is happening and you keep getting the same answer. 

Is this your first withdrawal or have you had any successes before ?

The messages I have gotten differ from being forwarded to the senior manager, additional security checks, additional review due substantial amount, and a whole variety of reasons but I’m none the wiser unfortunately after more then 2 weeks and 70+ emails back and forth.


Also, no past withdrawals done by me.
