€2,1k was before one week and they didn't let me pay out and I was still play I was think maybe I must play more but I put allready 500€ from my acc.and then I lost all because I put 50€ again and it was not on my profile to play

Ice casino is a scam stay away from them , they won’t pay out my money and just keep cancelling and saying it was a glitch in the system.


from what I have read online they do same thing to everyone and I don’t understand how they are let to continue doing this , who stops them ???


can’t do anything about it as I don’t know who deals with scammers like them no one to report them too so I hope I can help other not play on there site and read this and keep away from them if you don’t want your money taken from you.

It happened to me before but I received the money anyway. These problems happen with this casino because they pay the funds manually and use an external payment service for them. My advice is to use a different payment service. Bank transfer usually works almost 100% of time on this casino. The same problem happened 3 times before but then I used a different payment system and received the funds after a few days
