Hi, as much as I hate to say it, unfortunately casinos have the right to offer their bonuses only to certain players. Of course, I completely understand that if you like to play with them and suddenly they stop offering them to you because it's an administrative decision, you're not happy about it. 

And therefore they didn't tell you anything why you can't take them anymore ? Is it a dealbreaker for you and you won't play in this casino anymore ?

Another scammers I encountered on my casino adventure. The game was going very well until I requested a withdrawal. They blocked my account, stole all my money and said they would only refund my deposit.

And for what reason, if I may? to me, it sounds like this is not the first issue o´f this kind you've been facing. Also, based on your complaints, I think it would be good to mention the reason the casino stated for voiding your winnings.

Do you perhaps play the same games or utilize the same system?

From a longer perspective, defining the issue may spare you other similar situations in nothing else.

Ja, jeg lukkede min konto og blev omgående besvaret inden for 1 dag via e-mail. Dette viser, hvor meget de værdsætter spillere (jeg er ironisk) - de gav ikke engang et modtilbud for at forsøge at holde min konto aktiv.

Yes, they could have made a decision, but it would be good to know on what basis. Did it just happen out of the blue ? If they took your money, in your judgement, unjustly, don't you think a complaint might help ? Did you play with a bonus or not ?

Verde casino doing everythink to dont Pay money. They block accounts . They try to trick with 1000 things but if IT dont help they find another one. In the end they block my account because i told them that there is a mistake in my name in account . Should be Piotr but was Pootr . Ofcourse they did IT when i wanted withdraw money. Dont Play there arę You will only losy money and time

Hi, what different excuses does the casino give you for not giving you money ? How long has this situation of yours been going on ? What about your name, did you just notice it the other day? It seems to me that there might have been a typo and I see that you have brought it to the casino's attention, so I guess it wouldn't be a problem to correct it somehow. 

I also noticed that you managed to open a complaint and our team will try to help you with your situation, so hopefully we can resolve it.

I create account in 27.07.2024 . In 30.07 i want withdraw money. When i start to send documents for veryfication i finded that there was a mistake on casino account in my name . I write to them about that and they told me that i can change IT after veryfication. After this i still deposit money and play. When i put my money for withdraw they block my account. First they say they block IT because i Play on Norway and i need to send documents that i AM here. When i did IT. They told me that i login to game with Polish and Norwegian IP. ( With 5h difrent) I explain them that is not true and i show them that i AM all this time in Norway. When this was not good for them to ban me. They write me that they block my account cause i have bad name in account what i reporter Before. ( Pootr and should be Piotr) So this is how situation look. They do everythink to ban You just to dont Pay.

Update : 01.08.2024 i get email from Verde that they gonna unblock my account i AM gonna let You know If its happen.

Next update: Verde unblock my account . I ordered 2 payments of PLN 8000 each, and 1 payment of PLN 7000 .I will let you know if everything works correctly.

Update :

1 payment of 8000 PLN is in progress ( money go away from account) If i will get IT i will let You know.

Great to see that you've managed to progress from a bad situation to a good one. I guess what you were saying has been confirmed and therefore the casino probably has no problems. I'll definitely wait to see if you get your money, but it looks promising if I'm honest. 

Also, if you are going to give another update, feel free to write it in a new post because if the update is after a day or two, it is better for the players to see it that way and not update one post all the time, because if it is a longer conversation, some people might skip it and not notice it.

Today. I get 1 from 3 payments. ( The 2 others still wait for accept) I will let You know when its gonna be done. ( If the payments gonna be accept and i AM gonna get money then i will change opinion about Verde Casino. )

I cancel 2 others payment cause i losy this money. But now i win again . I maked 2 payments. But they again answer for second veryfication. I AM gonna let You know If everythink is ok.

I see you're having quite a turbulent time in this casino. Well, I hope that the additional verification will be successful and that further withdrawals will not be a problem.

Jeg har anmodet om en hævning på €4.999 siden den 21. august 2024. I dag er det allerede den 28. august 2024, og der er ikke sket noget. De lyver for mig hver dag! I begyndelsen sagde de, at det kunne tage mellem 5 minutter og 48 timer at behandle. Derefter op til 5 dage. I dag fortalte en medarbejder mig, at jeg først kan foretage min første udbetaling efter 30 dage, fordi mit udbetalingsbeløb er 20 gange større end mit indskud. Jeg håber, at mine penge bliver overført🥲🥲
