I advised them that I would file a complaint with CasinoGuru because of their actions and surprise, Jimmy convinced the security department to accept.
That happiness did not last long as all the withdrawals were canceled immediately. I was told that there was a 3X play through on deposits and $1k Euro daily withdraw limit. No problem, I met all the requirements and made the withdrawal request again abiding by the limits.
The withdrawal remained in pending for a few days and I had made additional withdrawal requests within the limit which were canceled. Jimmy said that I could not request any further withdrawals until my initial $1k was processed. Given that their limits are $1k daily, $3k weekly, the process would likely take months to fulfill.
I even questioned why withdrawals remained pending for so long and Jimmy stated that they needed to check with the vendor to ensure that the win was legitimate and that I had not manipulated the game.
Nevertheless, this stressful situation led to me continuing to play and losing all the money back. Even when I had asked to close my account due to this very poor experience, they did not honor my request and offered bonus after bonus in hopes that I would stay. My loss should be be a warning to my CasinoGuru comity members to chose wisely, perhaps at a casino that puts the player first.
