Et par dage efter indsatte jeg 80 vedhæft med en casino bonus og en indsats på 20×/40×.
Bonussen blev aldrig tilføjet, og oven i købet viste mine rigtige penge 59$ og ikke 80$, selv før jeg begyndte at spille.
Gik til chatten for at prøve at få en forklaring, og de fortalte mig, at jeg havde en sportsbonus... hvilket absolut ikke var tilfældet, fordi jeg ikke havde nogen aktiv forfremmelse vist nogen steder.
Jeg har lige spillet 59$, og jeg er færdig med dem. Det var en af de værste oplevelser, jeg har haft og læser alle de andre anmeldelser...Jeg forstår nu. De stjal bogstaveligt talt penge fra mig.

I had the worst time at this casino. First there was an issue with verification that was ultimately resolve after 10 days but I had to file a complain to get answers.
A few days after I deposited 80 attach with a casino bonus and a wager of 20×/40×.
The bonus was never added and on top of that my real cash money was showing 59$ and not 80$ even before I started playing.
Went to the chat to try to get an explanation and they told me that I had a sports bonus...wich was absolutely not the case because I had no active promotion showing anywhere.
I just played the 59$ and I'm done with them. That was one of the worst experience I've had and reading all the other review...I now understand. They literally stole money from me.

When came the time to verify my document.....Ho my God-_-
First they ask you to upload certain document in PDF but guess what ? This casino does not let you upload anything else than picture or screenshot. When you press upload, you can't even see all the document in your device.
Also, they ask for a particular screenshot for my muchbetter account as proof of Payment. What they were asking for did not exist in the Muchbetter app.
I sent them everything and even more that they needed to verify my identity. The matter was resolved after I made a official complaint here and a week of back and forth with their customer service. They wanted me to play the money I won and it was obvious. They stall as much as they could but ended up paying anyway.
I never say that in a review but don't subscribe to that casino....ever !
