Positive ting:
• Udbetalingsanmodninger behandles super hurtigt! De prioriteres, hvis du er VIP. Jeg kan kontakte min VIP-manager, og han får dem behandlet af deres finansteam med det samme. Hvis min manager ikke er til stede, spørger jeg bare live support, og de gør det samtidig med, at jeg taler med dem.
• KYC hurtigt og nemt - de tog ikke dage og sendte ikke konstant dokumenter tilbage uden grund.
• De vil ikke pludselig have en KYC hver eneste gang, du hæver noget! Ja, jeg har tidligere anmodet om en KYC efter en hævning, men meget få gange, og det var fair at anmode, da det var tilfældet, da jeg hævede mere end normalt. De gjorde det ikke for at forsinke udbetalingen af min gevinst, de behandlede den inden for få minutter efter, at de havde indsendt KYC-anmodningen.
• Deres VIP er ærligt talt den bedste, jeg har oplevet
• Min VIP-manager, Max, er den bedste manager! Han er ikke som de fleste managere på andre casinoer, der konstant sender dig e-mails med forfærdelige bonustilbud og kontakter dig i et forsøg på at få dig til at indbetale. Max' tilgang er anderledes, og det er i stedet for konstant at sende tilbud, der ikke er det værd, og at kontakte ham. Han giver bonusser baseret på din aktivitet, og selvom du har været meget aktiv, venter han på, at du kontakter ham og anmoder om en bonus. Når du kontakter ham angående bonussen, svarer han super hurtigt og tilføjer bonussen med det samme, hvis han kan. Jeg elsker det, fordi man spiller, som man vil, samtidig med at man ved, at hvis man gerne vil i betragtning til en bonus baseret på aktivitet, kan man kontakte ham, når man er klar. Det giver mig ærligt talt lyst til at spille og ikke føle mig presset til at indbetale.
Han svarer på alle dine beskeder super hurtigt og løser også problemerne hurtigt. Helt ærligt, da Max blev min nye manager, havde jeg ikke spillet på casinoet i ugevis (fordi den tidligere manager ikke løste et problem, gjorde jeg det klart, at jeg ikke ville være det, før det var løst. Han var ligeglad, han havde slet ikke været manager længe, så jeg gætter på, at jeg ikke var den eneste, der havde problemer). Så da Max var min nye manager, var jeg ikke den mest imødekommende spiller, og han vendte det om lige efter vi talte sammen første gang og løste problemet inden for få minutter.
Personligt synes jeg, at en VIP-manager er det vigtigste, og derfor gik jeg meget i detaljer med det, fordi det er en af de første ting, jeg gerne vil vide om et casino. Han er også en af grundene til, at jeg er forblevet loyal over for casinoet.
• VIP-bonusser er anstændige bonusser - de bonusser synes jeg er fremragende sammenlignet med de fleste - der er en lille ulempe ved dem nogle gange, som jeg vil forklare nedenfor.
• Jeg har også sejre og ikke bare konstante tab.
• Deres daglige cashback-omsætningsbeløb er fremragende, og det er en af hovedårsagerne til, at jeg selv og mange andre spillere har anbefalet casinoet til at vælge dette casino som deres primære.
• De fleste af deres live agenter er fantastiske, venlige mennesker og høflige.
• Bredt udvalg af spil
Ulemper:
Ulemperne er efter min mening ikke et resultat af deres personale som VIP-manageren og live supporten. Jeg tror, det er mere ledelsen end dem, da det er ting, der er med det personale, jeg interagerer med, uden for deres kontrol.
• De har ikke en chatknap til VIP-managere i appen, ligesom mange andre casinoer har. Ja, der er en mulighed for at klikke på den, hvis du er VIP, i den generelle live supportchat, som for nylig er blevet tilføjet. Du kan dog tale med live supportmedarbejdere, ikke din manager. Enhver kontakt, du har brug for direkte til din manager, skal gøres via Telegram, e-mail, Watts-appen osv. Det ville være godt, hvis det hele var samlet ét sted.
• De har ikke en VIP-manager tilgængelig i weekenderne (jeg forstår godt, at de fortjener fri, og det er forståeligt nok). Jeg synes, de burde have en reservemanager i weekenderne, da jeg spiller mest i weekenderne, og når jeg har haft brug for at tale med min manager, har jeg været nødt til at gå gennem kærlighedssupport, hvilket har været frustrerende til tider. Selvom min manager sandsynligvis ville svare mig, hvis det var presserende og vigtigt i en weekend, føler jeg mig ikke tryg ved at gøre det i hans fri.
• Det kan være lidt højt at satse på VIP-bonusser, især hvis du modtager en ordentlig bonus. Det betyder et stort beløb at satse, og jeg kan sjældent gøre det, når det er et stort beløb.
• VIP-belønninger er ikke de bedste, da der er en hel del niveauer, og det kan nogle gange tage tid mellem niveauerne.
• Der har været et par tekniske problemer, og min chef har bedt dem om at undersøge det med det samme, men det tager for lang tid for dem at svare.
Jeg synes, de har brug for mere anerkendelse, og jeg kan varmt anbefale dem.
Positives:
• Withdrawal requests are processed super quick! are prioritized if you are VIP, I can contact my VIP manager & he has it processed by thw finance team straight away. If my manager isnt in, i just ask live support & they do it the same time as speaking to them also.
• KYC quick & easy - they didn't take days & didn't constantly send documents back for no reason.
• They don't suddenly want a KYC every single time you withdraw anything ! Yes, I have had them request a KYC after a withdrawal in the past, but very few times & it was fair to request as it was when I was withdrawing more than normal. They didn't do it to delay giving my win , they processed it within minutes of providing the KYC request.
• Their VIP is honestly the best one I've experienced
• My VIP manager Max, is the best manager ! He isn't like most managers at other casinos,that constantly send you emails with terrible bonus offers & contact you constantly trying to get you to deposit. Max's approach is different & that is rather than constantly sending offers not worth it and contacting , he gives bonuses based on your activity & even if you have been very active , he waits for you to contact him & request a bonus. When you contact him regarding the bonus, he responds super quick & adds the bonus straight away if he can. I love that because you play as you please whilst knowing that if you'd like to be considered for a bonus based on activity, you can contact him when you are ready. It honestly makes me want to play & not feel pressured to deposit.
He will respond to any of your messages in a super quick timeframe and gets issues resolved quick also. In all honesty, when Max became my new manager,I hadn't been playing at the casino for weeks (due to the previous manager not resolving an issue ,I made it clear I won't be until its resolved, he didnt care,he wasnt a manager long at all, so I'm guessing I wasn't the only one having issues) So, when Max was my new manager, I wasn't the most approachable player & he turned that around straight after we first spoke & resolved the issue within minutes.
I personally find a VIP manager most important & so that is why I went into a lot of detail there, because its one of the 1st things I want to know about a casino. He is also one of the reasons I've stayed loyal to the casino.
• VIP bonuses are decent bonuses - the bonuses I think are excellent compared to most - there is a little con with them sometimes, I'll explain below.
• I have wins too and not just constant losses.
• Their daily cash back wagering amount is excellent and is one of the main reasons myself and a lot of other players I've recommended the casino to choose this casino as their main one.
• Most of their live agents are great, friendly people & polite.
• Wide variety of games
Cons:
The con's in my opinion, are not a result of their staff like VIP manager and live support, I believe its more management above them, as its things that with the staff that i interact its out of their control.
• They don't have a VIP manager contact chat button on the app like a lot of other casinos. Yes there is an option to click if you are VIP in the general live support chat which has just recently been added, but you speak to live support agents, not your manager & any contact you need to make with your manager directly , you have to do so via Telegram, Email, Watts App etc. It would be good if it was all in the one place.
• They don't have a VIP manager available on weekends ( I understand they deserve time off & that understandable) I think they should have a back up manager for weekends as I play most on the weekends & when I've needed to speak to my manager I've had to go through love support & has been frustrating at times. Even though my manager would probably answer me if it was urgent and important on a weekend, I don't feel comfortable doing that on his time off.
• Wagering on VIP bonuses can be a little high , especially if you receive a decent bonus, it means a big $ amount to wager & I rarely can do it when its a big one.
• VIP level up rewards are not the best considering there are quite a few levels & can take time sometimes between levels.
• There have been a few technical issues & my manager has asked them to look into straight away but takes too long for them to respond.
I think they need more recognition and I highly recommend them.
