I won genuinely with my deposit 14x times the bet. And they decided not to continue with my withdraw and voided all the winnings claimed something about a bonus that never was touched and I refused to it on my withdraw request. I repeat, I never touched that balance, all my winning were with my deposit and they still decided not to pay.
