First of all, 98 % of my volume is on casino with heybets.io and you are helping players with casino releated problems. You (casino.guru) seem to think it is the 200 usd in sportsbetting which is the issue. As stated previously, my case with heybets is in regards to verification, not sportsbetting or casino play. That is why I say your statement is false, because it has not taken recent events into account. The case have moved on from the complaint submitted July 2023. " We are all alike, but some are more alike than others". Seems relevant to write as I am not as alike as others here in the forum. Robbed in broad daylight and no one reacts.

With the courtcase and possible more claims to arise (as more duped players will join) which will lead to a higher workload for them.


And if they get declared bankrupt it will only become harder 😕

According to internal information, "the player was blocked due to sports betting fraudulent activity (flagged by provider BETBY)"

There's more, and as an additional special sign, we are convinced you're not using our complaint platform in good faith. But I respect you as a member, and won't share further details, which puts you in a not very decent light.

Aside from that, I and no one else are familiar with the most recent events you mentioned, but in any case, it won't change the fact that the latest complaint against Heybets was closed due to sports betting. 🤷‍♀️

If you feel you need to update information, ask for the complaint to be reopened, please.

We are not aware of any casino-related complaint recently submitted against the same casino by you.

So, is there anything I can help you with, perhaps?

I sent a new complaint against heybets.io the 09.02.2024. I have not heard any news regarding it.


"sports betting fraudulent activity (flagged by provider BETBY)". I placed a bet on a price which was higher than it should be (in my opinion). The logic of every sportsbet placed by every bettor btw. It is quite apparant that you have not been in the sportsbetting game. I am good at sportsbetting (I like to think) and placed a bet in a niche market where others thought the price was off too. The sportsprovider has decided to flag it as fradulent due to this. Betby is known to be a sportsbook for bottom tier curacao casinos. What they say is fraudulent I cant really take seriously.

So, what have I done wrong here, if I might ask? And yes, this is was what transpired in regards to the sportsbets at heybets.io.

But I respect you as a member, and won't share further details, which puts you in a not very decent light." I beleive all the complaints I have sent to casino.guru would win in IBAS. Please share the details. I have no issue with it.

Thanks for the recommendation, I've already read one book by him at school. He's not such a bad author. 

As for your complaint from the date, I have the feeling that it is all about sports betting and I think that is why it will not pass in the end. As we are not familiar with the issue, it is difficult to assess whether or not you have done something wrong. 

However, have you tried to file a complaint on any sites dealing with sports betting ? Maybe there it would be more meaningful and they would be able to help you. I could also give you some links to such sites if you are interested.

They waited for 3 weeks, and now ask me for documents ( i do not now which one) and they even have not replied to your question.

It is so obvious that they are doing it intentionally. Look please at other complaint. They wait for 2-3 weeks, and reply at the last moment

As I said, sportbetting is not the main issue here. I can send communications with heybets so you can see for yourself. They have never contacted me directly saying I have done any wrongdoing. Not in sports. Not in casino. They know they can get away with dropping the word "sports", and you will not do anything. I have barely touched the sportsbook.

I've seen the casino's reply, but you'll probably need to deliver the documents to the casino anyway. This has been going on for 5 months, which is an extremely long time I would say, so in this case I would cooperate to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Yes I have seen what links have already been offered to you and unfortunately I have no other. 

As far as your problem is concerned, according to your previous answer I also had the feeling that it was mainly related to sports betting. You have to understand that if that is the main reason why you want to file a complaint, you will be rejected. If that is not the case you can try to submit a complaint, but if the team evaluates that it was the same thing again, the complaint will be rejected. 

I don't know what else to add because I think everything has always been well explained to you throughout.

I think our team is trying to do as much as possible to try to help players. However, we have to realize that if it is found that the case is related to sports betting, we have no possibility to evaluate such cases correctly. If the casino is using it as a defence mechanism, then it will all be determined in a complaint. So I firmly believe that everything will be fair for you and I will keep my fingers crossed.

Frankly, we have no power to force casinos to do anything. We always try to contact a casino based on the facts if a complaint is justified and there are many casinos that are uncooperative and unresponsive, for example. So I think that as long as the casino responds to your complaint and tries to resolve your situation, it might be on the right track. But I don't want to get ahead of myself yet, so we'll wait and see how this all turns out.

No they are lying which is kind of fraud, but this casino does not care as they only want to show a good reputation so players will join them and deposit money.


Casino Guru can intervene and ask Heybets casino to revise that score since it is a false score, as forgery is a felony.


And with a complaint being closed as unresolved today their score will drop which is great news so players will not be warend against this rogue casino.

Hi, about what did you write to the casino ? Does it refer to your withdrawal and your complaint against the casino ? Did you try to email them and not just use live chat to find out what's wrong with your withdrawal ? 

Either way, our team will try to help you as best as they can in your situation. 

It's certainly not nice to be ignored but if you happen to get an update let us know.

Is Casino Guru going to take measures against Heybets casino since they are exploiting your logo for a very good score while this is false? Casinos that show fake licenses or fake reviews should never be trusted but this would also harm the name of Casino Guru platform as players would think this is real..
