I played money, which is part and parcel, which is fine
Took my money completely fine no issues with depositing but as soon as I’ve had a win or then get asked load of questions.
Again this is fine and I answered the questions instantly but two weeks has passed and have heard nothing back about the issue being solved.
I have spoken to many live agents as you can’t call anybody and all I get told is my problem will be escalated. I then send emails and I’ll get told there’s no timescale to resolve the issues and I just need to wait but it’s two weeks and still nothing.
Not only that the email I got two weeks ago about the details that they requested they have sent it again today requesting the same information which is crazy after all of the conversation conversations I have had via emails and live chat.
Such an awful experience and really worrying for new customers or any customers because any issues should have been dealt with before allowing any deposits
One thing they claim was I was depositing a card that wasn’t mine which is complete rubbish and I also sent images of my card plus everything else they asked for to prove everything is okay from my end.
Whether you gamble for enjoyment or whatever reason this is not the site where we will feel safe and secure with
Very, very poor out, bad Customer service and Same very reluctant to pay out Winnings
- Everything about the site is rubbish and not safe for customers
- Happy to take your money but not willing to pay out when you have winnings and then will not respond to you in regards to the problem and give you a time scale on resolving
