    Afvist indbetalingsbonus uden grund efter første indbetaling. Før indbetalingen lover en bonus og efter indbetalingen appellerer til retten til ikke at give bonussen. Var det på grund af de første indskudsbonusgevinster taget hjem fra en anden side eller noget. En anden side allerede, hvor bonussen blev nægtet på samme grund, altså uden grund.

    Made a few deposits and everything seemed fine, but then came the matter of withdrawing funds...

    I made a withdraw request on Tuesday and now it's Saturday and the withdraw isn't even processed yet. Chat says everything is fine, but don't give me any detailed information.

    I asked for compensation for breach of TC (states that all transactions are processed in 3 business days), but it was shot down. On top of it all: 24/7 chat stated that transactions are "tried" to be processed in 3 days, but the TC states that transaction "are" processed in 3 days. I don't like being lied to, so if you don't either, I don't recommend this casino.

    PS. No verification/KYC involved, so that's not the case here

    Edit: Now it's Sunday and transaction was cancelled. Reason: I need to use same method as was used in deposit... But Sofort isn't listed in withdraw methods. Then they said to use bank transfer, but that was literally the method I was trying to use.
