During the sign up process the website wouldn't allow my phone number for some reason, and you cant create an account without a phone number, so I had to chat with customer service and have them open the account for me.

To me that means that after I deposit the required amount, I will receive the welcome bonus, however after I deposited and went to play the free spins, they were not there. I went back into chat to see what was going on, the same customer service person said I had to claim the bonus before I deposited, I said that I had, and reminded him that he told me before I deposited that the system would give the 125% welcome bonus = spins. He denied ever saying that, and became quite condescending. He said he made a ticket and someone would be in touch with me. That was a couple days ago, I checked in yesterday to see if anything had changed but it was more of the same b.s "we'll make a ticket and escalate it, and someone will be in touch" I asked how long does it take? I was told usually within 24 hours, I told him its already been over 24 hours since the first ticket was created and escalated. Tired and annoyed I left the chat.

Since your account was registered manually by our support team, the Welcome Bonus set into your account a bit later compared to if you were to register by yourself. However, as seen in the terms and condition of the Welcome Bonus promotion, in order to qualify and receive free spins, your deposit needed to be a minimum of 50CAD or above. According to our records, you only deposited 20CAD and that is the reason you did not receive the free spins.
